Elite Sports Tours accepts Mastercard, Visa, Cash & Certified Cheques received more than 10 business days prior to departure.

All Elite Sports Tours sales are non-refundable.

All of our tickets are shipped via FedEx. At the time of check out you can choose express (overnight) or standard delivery (2 Day). Once your order is accepted you will receive a FedEx tracking number so you can watch your package get delivered directly to you!

Children of all ages are welcome to travel on our family-themed tours; however children under two (2) years of age are not permitted on select tours. Babies and infants under 24 months travel free provided that they do not occupy a seat. If you want your baby to have a seat, you must purchase a ticket.   Parents are reminded that many of our tours -- unless specifically advertised as being for the whole family -- are intended for adults and may not be enjoyed by, or be suitable for, children. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of management.

All scheduled tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions. The drivers are experiences coach drivers and are looking out for the safety of each passenger at all times.

Elite Sports Tours offers a "Group Leader Incentive Program" for most of our trips. In an effort to encourage group leaders to organize their groups to enjoy our tours, Elite Sports Tours offers 1 free tour for every 20 tour packages sold by the group leader. This incentive is to reward group leaders for their efforts in organizing their party, collecting all of the individual payments from their party and presenting the entire group's payment to Elite Sports Tours at one time. With Elite Sports Tours full payment is due at the time of booking on all day tour. On overnight tours, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking with full payment due 60 days prior to departure. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Some deposits may vary by tour, please contact our office to verify.

To avoid lost or damaged tickets Elite Sports Tours hands out all tickerts on the day of departure.

Elite Sports Tours sells both Medical and Cancellation insurance through ETFC Inc. and strongly recommends purchasing insurance when traveling outside of Ontario.

Elite Sports Tours rates are based on the number of clients that would be in each room. For instance, if you were traveling by yourself you would pay the Single rate. If there were two of you sharing one room you would each pay the double rate and so on. Most tours only accommodate 4 per room however exceptions have been made for families where there are two adults and 3 children.

Elite Sports Tours allows 1 large piece of luggage and 1 carry on bag per client. If you are booking an overnight tour where you have a stopover at another location on their way to a destination, your larger pieces of luggage will go straight through to the destination and an overnight bag is recommended. Luggage handling is not included when you stay overnight at a hotel on your way to your destination, which is why we recommend an overnight bag that will be stored seperately from your larger luggage.

This is a common question for travelers, and is very difficult to answer. The amount of money you may spend varies for each individual, and there are many issues to consider. Make sure that you have read your itinerary completely are aware of what is and isn't included. Budget for all meals that are not included and money for shopping and souvenirs.

After a stay of 24 hours or more (but less than 48 hours) in the United States, a Canadian citizen or resident may return to Canada with:  

• CND $50.00 worth of goods, tax and duty free, per person
• Any purchases of alcohol or tobacco may be subject to duties and taxes
• After a stay of over 48 hours or more (but less than 7 days) in the United States, a Canadian citizen or resident may return to Canada with:
• CND $400.00 worth of goods, tax and duty free, per person
• Purchases may include 1.14 litres (40 ounces) of liquor or 1 case of beer (24x355ml cans/bottles) or 1.5 litres of wine plus 200 cigarettes (1 carton), 50 cigars or cigarillos, 200 tobacco sticks, and 200 grams of manufactured tobacco.
• After a stay of over 7 days or more in the United States, a Canadian citizen or resident may return to Canada with:
• CND $750.00 worth of goods, tax and duty free, per person
• Purchases may include 1.14 litres (40 ounces) of liquor or 1 case of beer (24x355ml cans/bottles) or 1.5 litres of wine plus 200 cigarettes (1 carton), 50 cigars or cigarillos, 200 tobacco sticks, and 200 grams of manufactured tobacco.

Depending on the Elite Sports Tours trip, we have different departure locations within the GTA (Toronto, Whitby, Burlington). Please make sure to verify on your receipt and itinerary where your departure location is. For more information on departure locations please contact our office and speak to a representative.

All of the busses we us are 56 Passenger Deluxe Motor Coaches are equipped with a washroom at the back of the coach. These coaches are used for Elite Sports Tours trips.

Due to the large volume of requests for the front seat Elite Sports Tours policy is that all seats are on a first come first serve basis. If you are looking to get a seat closer to the front of the coach we do advise arriving early.

Clients who do not purchase cancellation or medical insurance must sign a liability release form to acknowledge that it has been offered to them and that they understand the terms for not purchasing insurance. All forms must be signed and handed into the office prior to departure. Due to the nature of our excursions we require that all passengers are aware of everyone's responsibility and the conduct we adhere to during our trips. If for any reason a passenger is not willing to co-operate within our guidelines we reserve the right to refuse them from continuing on the tour. Elite Sports Tours Inc. Responsibilities: Tours are arranged within partnership with several acting parties (bus, hotel, restaurants) and are not responsible for loss of items including baggage (onboard and in the storage compartment), money, personal items, time, weather or any other circumstances resulting from a change in tour arrangements or change in itinerary. Elite Sports Tours Inc. representatives reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a passenger on any of our tours. Refusal to board the bus, hotel or event may be made by an Elite Sports Tours Inc. representative if the individual is intoxicated, disturbing other passengers, or is not complying with proper authorities. If a tour must be rescheduled Elite Sports Tours Inc. shall have no responsibility beyond the credit of the purchased tour with Elite Sports Tours Inc. We recommend that travel insurance is purchased with all packages. It is not required but Elite Sports Tours Inc. recommends it due to the fact that if an event is cancelled it is beyond our control.

Our agents have to look into a variety of things to determine availability and the best possible price for you. If you want to stay Friday/Saturday vs Monday/Tuesday, what city you want to stay in, what games you want to see, what seats you prefer, etc. Pricing for hotels and tickets vary depending on a variety of factors and we want to make sure we get the most accurate pricing to ensure we can deliver on the packages we quote you.
