Group Leader Incentive Program for Elite Sports Tours Day Tours - Terms and Conditions

The group leader must organize and collect all payments from the members of the group and will receive one receipt from Elite Sports Tours for the entire group. The payment can be in the form of 20 individual cheques payable to Elite Sports Tours or any combination of cheques and cash. Multiple itineraries can be provided for the group leader to hand out to members of the group.

Group leaders cannot hold space on a Elite Sports Tours trip while trying to organize the group. Full payment is due at time of booking for all members in the group. All the regular terms and conditions of the specific tour apply to the group leader and their party.

The group leader's free tour has no cash value and cannot be used for another tour unless pre-arranged by management. The ticket used by the group leader must be of equal value or less than the group. All tours are subject to availability and seating is subject to ticket locations.

Bus seating is on a first come, first served basis for all tours. The group must board at one of the Elite Sports Tours prearranged pick up locations. The incentive program is offered on all Elite Sports Tours day tours and is not valid on any multi-day tour package. Arrangements can also be made if Group Leaders can fill an entire coach.
