Where to Eat In Las Vegas - Lago

Experience the distinct flavors of Italy from Las Vegas at the Lago – Bellagio. The Lago really is little Italy on the Strip, serving wave after wave of Italian inspired small plates in a massive and beautifully designed space. The restaurant covers 6,650 square feet of prime Las Vegas real estate, overlooking the beautiful Bellagio Fountains and the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas. Led by James Beard Award-winning chef Julian Serrano, Lago brings an unforgettable dining experience to the Bellagio and to Las Vegas. Lago is inspired by Italian Futurism, focusing on paring experimentation with tradition.

Julian Serrano and his team wanted their guests to be able to indulge without overdoing it, made possible through Lago’s small plates. This modern concept has been expertly executed at Lago with distinct flavors from all of the regions of Italy present in each dish. Their creative and diverse menu ranges from soups, salads, crostinis, focaccia and pizettes, to their fresh meat, seafood and vegetarian plates, all of which are designed to share with friends and family. We highly recommend trying their Lobster Knuckles, their Braised Short Ribs and their Squid Ink Pasta with Lobster. The dining room has floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, ensuring spectacular views of the resort's iconic fountains even if you aren’t seated on the open-air patio, which offers waterfront seating directly on Lake Bellagio. On Sundays Lago serves a coursed brunch including duck and polenta, panettone toast, and tiramisu during the fountain’s shows, which begin at 11 a.m. We highly recommend taking part in this experience!
