ELITE SPORTS TOURS “TEE OFF IN PARADISE: BERMUDA GOLF GETAWAY” CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Elite Sports Tours “Tee Off in Paradise: Bermuda Golf Getaway” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:01 AM (EST) on Monday, December 16, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Friday, January 17, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Elite Sports Tours Inc. (the “Sponsor”), BermudAir, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouse, regardless of where they reside) or persons domiciled with any of the foregoing (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. The Contest is administered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. To enter, you must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:
(a) Follow @flybermudair and @elitesportstours on Instagram.
(b) On the official Contest post published by Elite Sports Tours or BermudAir, comment and tag three (3) friends you would like to bring with you to Bermuda.
(c) Click the link provided in the Contest post/bio to access the official Contest entry form. Complete the form in full, including your contact details, and correctly answer a skill-testing question without assistance.

Limit one (1) entry per person. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that does not comply with these Rules or who tampers with the entry process.

4. THE PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a Bermuda golf vacation package for the winner and three (3) guests (four (4) travelers total), including:

Round-trip flights on BermudAir for four (4) people departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to Bermuda.
Three (3) nights of accommodation in a Deluxe Room at Newstead Belmont Hills (double occupancy per room for two rooms total, or an equivalent arrangement).
Two (2) rounds of golf per person: one (1) round at Newstead Belmont Hills Golf Club and one (1) round at Turtle Hill Golf Club.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): CA$7,016 total (approximately US$ equivalent at the time of awarding). Actual value may vary depending on travel dates, exchange rates, and availability. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The Prize does not include ground transportation (including airport transfers), spending money, meals, gratuities, travel insurance, or any other expenses not expressly stated herein. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrive at YYZ at their own expense if they reside outside the Toronto area.

No cash substitutions or alternative prizes will be provided. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and must be accepted as awarded, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative within five (5) business days after the end of the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION
The selected entrant will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form within approximately five (5) business days after the draw. The selected entrant must respond to the winner notification within five (5) business days. Before being declared a confirmed winner, the selected entrant must:
(a) Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited, skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor (required for Canadian legal compliance).
(b) If requested, sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release, and any other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor, within the specified time.
(c) Comply fully with these Rules.

If the selected entrant does not respond within the specified timeframe, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Rules, he/she will be disqualified and another entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS
All travel arrangements and reservations will be made through the Sponsor or its agent and are subject to availability and blackout dates. All travelers must travel together on the same itinerary, possess valid travel documents (including a valid passport) and any required visas, and must comply with all applicable travel laws. The Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or any guest is denied entry into Canada, Bermuda, or re-entry to their country of residence.

Once booked, no changes or cancellations are permitted. The Prize must be redeemed within the timeframe and conditions specified by the Sponsor. Failure to travel within the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize, with no alternative, cash, or otherwise, provided.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, BermudAir, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any liability arising out of or related to the Contest, participation in the Contest, and the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind; (ii) incorrect or inaccurate information; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iv) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Contest.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MARKETING CONSENT
By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor, BermudAir, and other third-party partners for the purposes of administering the Contest and for marketing purposes. Entrants agree that the Sponsor, BermudAir, and their partners may contact entrants by email with promotional messages about their products, services, events, and offers. Entrants can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time without affecting their chances of winning. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.elitesportstours.com/privacy-policy.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the proper administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Contest.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ontario. All decisions made by the Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest are final and binding without right of appeal.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and any other materials related to the Contest, these Rules shall prevail. The Contest and these Rules are provided in English only.

11. SPONSOR
The Sponsor is Elite Sports Tours Inc., located at 158 Front St E, Unit 405, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5A0K9. The Contest is provided solely by Elite Sports Tours and BermudAir.

By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Rules.
