PAYMENT TERMS

To make a reservation 100% non-refundable deposit per person is required for our Buffalo Bills Bus Tours. Unfortunately there will be no refunds, so we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Insurance should you believe there be a significant reason you may not be able to attend this event. For private trips a 50% deposit is required should you be reserving a full bus with the remainder being due 60 days prior to departure.

NOTES:

-Beverages will be permitted on the coach however any passenger disrupting the enjoyment of any other passenger will have their Beverage removed and may be removed from the coach. Note: Elite Sports Tours does not supply any food or beverages on the motor coach. Please bring what you will require for the ride to and from.

-There is no smoking permitted on the coach. At least one regular stop will be made for comfort breaks. This is at the discretion of the Elite Sports Tours representative.

Important: Elite Sports Tours strongly recommends purchasing out of province Medical Insurance and/or Cancellation Insurance. Globetrek travel insurance is available through Elite Sports Tours. To get a quote you must call our office (905)233-4732 and a representative will assist you.
