Located in the heart of Downtown Memphis, Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar is a full-service restaurant that offers multiple dining options for guests to enjoy. The main floor of Flight is a lively space, great for getting together with friends, and the bar here is extremely inviting - perfect for those who want a quick bite. Flight's balcony level provides a more private and romantic experience, with some booths and tables even overlooking Memphis' Main Street! 

Flight, ironically enough, serves their food as "flights". From starters to desserts, there are a diverse range of flights available for every course. The Chef’s Flight is a fantastic option if you are looking for a delicious and unique meal. This ever-changing flight focuses on using fresh and readily available ingredients, with the chef preparing different meal combinations daily based on what is in season. Beyond pre-coursed flights, individual entrée plates are also available at Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar. Some of our favorite dishes at Flight are also some of their most creative. We loved their Chicken and Waffles. Made using chicken breast from a local farm and a buttermilk waffle topped with Vermont maple syrup and a mushroom cream sauce that's made using local mushrooms, you won't find another Chicken and Waffles meal like this anywhere. We also recommend ordering Flight's Elk Tenderloin. Served with truffle white cheddar macaroni, local mushrooms and a Kahlúa glaze, this dish is a knock-out. 

Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar offers unique drink flights to pair with their flights of food. Flight serves flights of wine and whiskey, among other favorites, with their white and red wine flights being their most popular. Unsure of what to drink? Just ask your server! Flight's staff are extremely knowledgeable and they are always willing to help! Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar is a delightful experience from beginning to end and we highly recommend stopping by the next time that you are in Memphis!
