STK Las Vegas is committed to making each dish a culinary masterpiece, using only the freshest and the highest-quality ingredients to create all of their meals. STK Las Vegas' menu changes seasonally, but they do offer a few of their specialty dishes year-round. This includes their 34 oz. Bone-in Ribeye, their Shellfish Platter, and of course, their “Lil’Brgs”. We highly recommend giving the Lil'Brgs a try! These wagyu beef sliders are topped with STK's “special sauce" and are served on a sesame seed bun. Be sure to ask your server about STK's Lobster Mac N Cheese as well! This secret, off-menu item will not disappoint. If you have a sweet tooth, you need to order STK's Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert. Drizzled in chocolate and caramel sauce and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, we can't think of a better way to cap off your meal.

OpenTable included STK Las Vegas on their list of the "100 Best Steakhouses in America", their list of the "Top 100 Hot Spots in America" and their list of the "100 Best Restaurants in America for a Big Night Out".
