Santorini by Georgios offers an authentic Greek dining experience, focusing on using freshly sourced ingredients to achieve unique flavors. The design of the menu, and of the restaurant itself, are inspired by the island of Santorini. Their dishes are a sample of the Mediterranean and are presented beautifully. Their prime steaks are amazing, but their lamb may be the most popular meat on the menu, and for good reason - all of their lamb chops are amazing. We highly recommend trying their lamb chops served with couscous, spinach and Greek lemon potatoes, same as their oven-roasted lamb that is served with grilled veggies, Greek potatoes and yellow rice. You also can’t go wrong with ordering seafood! All of it is fresh and perfectly prepared, with their local lobsters being caught daily. However, their colossal king prawns may steal the show. These giant, wild-caught shrimp are prepared with garlic, parsley and an olive lemon sauce before being served with white rice.

Located in South Beach, Santorini by Georgios is less than 5 miles away from the home of the Miami Heat.
