Their bite-sized Lil’ BRGs made with Wagyu beef and served with their special sauce on a sesame seed bun are possibly the best version of a slider that we have ever tried. Their Lobster Mac and Cheese takes the classic meal of Mac and Cheese to a whole new level and is another must try. Of course, you’d be remised if you didn’t have a steak at STK. Serving only the highest quality USDA prime, Canadian Certified Black Angus and Canadian AAA beef, their steak is a can’t miss. Organized on their menu based on size, including their largest cut the 72 oz. Dry-Aged Double Tomahawk, all of their steaks are available to be paired with a number of delicious toppings, including lobster tails, king crab, shrimp, truffle butter and more! Additional sauces, including the house STK sauce and their amazing Béarnaise, are available for purchase as well. The cocktail list is long and inspired, including specialty cocktails specific for their Sunday Brunch. The Sunday Brunch at STK offers a menu that includes their delicious Lobster and Eggs Benedict, one of the best renditions of eggs benedict we have had the pleasure of trying.
